I am a passionate man driven to be the best in all that I do. I never settle for less, and I am blessed to be a part of this amazing life God created. My goal has always been to be the best version of myself knowing who I am representing.
I was not raised with a lot of money. My Father showed me how to become the man I needed to be through hard work and dedication. He has always worked multiple jobs my entire life. No matter how hard I worked I never seemed to be able to out work him. He would be up before me and out later, and still out performed me. His persistence in life made me want to push myself to become the man I am today.
My father would say the following statement to me over and over again. “ Always be the first to do the hardest job. If you do the hard work that someone else is not willing to do, you will become the most intelligent, and most respected .”
So here we are.
-Over the last 6 years I have managed 200+ employees
-Developed leadership rolls into operations
-Created structure for businesses to have and maintain scalability
-Created and lead leadership development classes
-Directed public speaking events
-Host of a podcast (resurgence.pod)
-Started 3 businesses
I believe complacency is the beginning of failure.
The younger generation commonly struggles in one area. Not knowing where they want to be in life. Remember this, when you put God first he will direct the steps of the righteous. So when God opens a door, go through it, and be ready to put the work in that it will require.

Hello hello,
Jaden Troyer here, some people may call me Jeejee or Jay. To give you a quick and short glimpse into who I am, I was born and raised in Ohio. At the age of 15 my life took an unexpected turn, I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease called lupus. This pivotal moment in my life developed a passion in me for health and fitness but it wasn't until the age of 19 that I began to see what lupus was doing to my body. It brought me to a place of caring for my body and pushing myself physically, mentally and emotionally more than ever. After many years of having to be put on a steroid and many hospital visits, I can say that I am completely off of those medications and feeling better than I ever have. Nutrition and fitness has become an extremely important and valuable part of my life. In July of 2023, I connected with Layne and the vision of Resurgence came to life. Resurgence has not only opened a doorway of opportunities for myself but more than anything it has given me a purpose that directly aligns with my passion (health and fitness). Resurgence to me is more than just a gym, it’s an experience, a community, a family and a place where the Lord dwells. My hope and prayer is that when you come to Resurgence Gyms you never want to leave because the experience is worth everything, the connections, the relationships and the family you have here is worth coming back to. I look forward to where this journey will continue to take us and see all that the Lord has in store for Resurgence Gyms. God bless.

Resurgence Gyms Vision/Purpose
Resurgence Gyms was birthed in 2023 with the goal to be the best gym in Ohio, to create an experience and not just a gym. A place where people can come and have family, community, relationships and focus on health/fitness. A place that is luxurious, elegant, clean and well-kept. We at Resurgence Gyms are very passionate about our faith in Jesus, our health, fitness, and business. We have a vision to represent and inspire the world of what a business can look like when you invite God into it. Supporting young individuals in pursuing their dreams and passions and leaving a legacy that will impact the generations to come. Our logo speaks for itself, representing the Lion of Judah and the Lamb of God, fierce but humble, strong but meek. Resurgence means rebirth or revival, directly correlating to our logo, which represents Jesus as a Lion and then as a Lamb as He was resurrected on the Third Day. Our prayer is that you feel nothing but peace, love, community, and joy as you walk through our doors and achieve your goals.
